Design Committee
Purpose:  Improve downtown’s image by improving physical appearance; educate public about historic design.  Full Description

Economic Restructuring Committee  
Purpose:  Strengthen existing economic base of downtown while diversifying it.  Full description

Promotions Committee
Purpose:  Market downtown’s unique characteristics through retail promotional activity and special events.  Full Description

Organization Committee
Purpose:  Oversee membership program, communication network, volunteer management, and fundraising.  Full Description
